Our Story
Luna MCXI Capital Group, led by three unstoppable international women, Lisa Capezzuoli, Elona Dynov, and Simona Zerchi, is more than a boutique real estate investment firm. It's a story of resilience, determination, and the power of collaboration.
Lisa, originally from Italy, found her home in the vibrant energy of New York City after immigrating in 2008. Elona Dynov, whose parents fled war-torn Russia for the promise of a better life in NYC, grew up surrounded by the city's hustle and bustle.
These two dynamic women crossed paths through mutual connections. The team's synergy was further amplified when they welcomed Simona, whose Italian heritage and diverse cultural background resonated deeply with Lisa and Elona.
Their journey faced hurdles, including Lisa's battle with breast cancer, a reminder of life's fragility. Luna MCXI Capital Group was born from this moment. Luna (Lisa's daughter's middle name) and MCXI (Elona's favorite number 1111) signify blessings and hope, embodying the company's spirit of family and resilience.

Lisa is a highly accomplished Creative Director and certified Staging Design Professional, originally from the picturesque region of Tuscany. With nearly 20 years of international business experience, she has worked tirelessly to achieve her goals and earned numerous design awards—all while patiently working to achieve U.S. citizenship.
Seeking a fresh way to express her creative eye, while creating a legacy for her growing family, Lisa became an Airbnb 5-star Super Host and multifamily residential manager. To date, she has created three wildly successful companies: Luna MCXI Capital Group LLC, Evol Design LLC, and Lisa Evol Italian Staging.
Fun Fact: An avid traveler, Lisa has visited over 68 countries and counting.

Elona Dynov

Elona is a seasoned Real Estate and Mortgage Loan Originations master with a wealth of experience, spanning more than two decades. She is a proud first-generation American with an innate ability to connect with people. Her resourcefulness and negotiating prowess have consistently placed her as a top performer in her industry.
Driven by her love for property development, Elona crafted two successful businesses in North Texas and South Florida. Her unique toolbox ensures that her clients emerge victorious, making their real estate journey as seamless and stress-free as possible.

He provides insights on market activity, cost segregation, bonus depreciation, property performance, and manages quarterly earnings as well as annual K1 reports. He has been a guest on several podcasts, has articles written about him in both Yahoo Finance and the New York Weekly, and has been invited to speak at multifamily conferences across the nation.
